We are publishing the second ESG Report continuing our journey of public reporting of our ESG performance. The report, developed in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, highlights our sustainability performance for the fiscal year FY 2021-22 including our progressive strategies to tackle some of the key business issues. We believe that such transparent reporting reflects our company’s commitment to continuously improve on the monitoring, reporting and verification of our sustainability progress.
In 2021, we were elated to attain an ESG score in the 94th percentile. Moreover, our total score is higher than the Industry average score. This reinforces our dedication to exemplary environmental, social, and governance practices, establishing us as leaders in sustainable business within our sector.

The Decarbonisation business charter signed by us is yet another step towards achieving a net zero carbon footprint and joining in the collective efforts of industry players to de-risk the construction sector from adding to the climate crisis. This business charter is a call to action to put the sector on a net-zero pathway. The charter's successful implementation necessitates the entire building and construction sector value chain to decarbonize, encompassing emissions associated with the production, transportation, and disposal of building materials, as well as the construction of buildings.
TERI - The Energy and Resources Institute published 'Circular Built Environment, Highlights from Asia: Policies, Case studies, and UN2030 Agenda Indicators’ Report that featured the Construction and Demolition (C&D) Waste recycling plant, commissioned by Surat Green Precast and installed by us, as a case study. We are proud to be associated with the development of smarter, greener, and sustainable cities. The Reurban Compact C&D Waste Recycling Plant, installed in Surat is a definitive step towards a circular sustainable ecosystem, heralding a future of material and economic prosperity.
