Position: Junior Engineer / Engineer – Technical Process

Reporting to: Head – Technical Process

Salary (CTC): As per industry standards
Location: Kolkata
Experience Required:1-3 years preferably with Heavy Engineering / Construction Equipment.
Educational Qualifications:
Diploma / B.tech Degree – Mechanical Engineering from any recognized university
Primary Responsibilities:
- Preparing Live Sheet
- Taking part in Project Kick off meetings
- Coordinating with purchase for spare part item ,
- Technical selection of the Equipment along with technical team
- Coordination with design team Flowsheet and equipment list
- Finalizing equipment list for Upcoming project
- Technical process Troubleshooting during site erection process
- Finalizing and tagging the zones for the tested mineral and aggregate samples
- Preparation of Operation manual during commissioning of a project
- Generating part codes and coordinating with the concerned team
- Utilization of slow moving / non moving stock
- SNAG Analysis and ensure full proofing
- Piping and Instrumentation ID updating in technical flowsheet
- Product Cost Optimization
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Taking part in ISO Audits
- Adhering to all policies
- Constantly coordinating with Production , Project and Design Teammates for task completion
- Teamplayer
- Open to travel on official requirement
- Taking part in safety and Quality Audits
- Can join within 1st March 2022

- Good communication
- Excellent with Microsoft – word and Excel (MS- Office package)
- Exposure with 3D modelling and sap entries will be an added advantage
